    Description

    We’re seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this contract-to-hire role, you’ll provide advanced technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Resolve escalated technical issues.

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

    + Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.

    + Install and upgrade systems, software, and hardware.

    + Monitor performance and apply updates, patches, and security measures.

    + Support cloud-based backup solutions.

    + Document IT processes and configurations.

    + Collaborate with IT teams for efficient service delivery.

    + Provide excellent customer service and client communication.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in an IT Technician.

    • Windows OS, MS 365.

    • VMware or Hyper-V.

    • CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
