In this key role, you’ll handle litigation cases, draft and review essential legal documents, and ensure compliance with professional standards. Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of litigation files from their inception through to trial

• Drafting, preparing, and responding to various legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions

• Ensuring superior awareness and compliance with all applicable rules of detail-oriented conduct

• Utilizing comprehensive legal knowledge to promote high standards of detail-oriented practice

• Handling litigation and other legal assignments as required

• Applying strong research and writing skills to all tasks

• Engaging in civil litigation, specifically insurance defense litigation, including involvement in jury trials

• Maintaining accurate and detailed reports for file analysis.

Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Proficiency in preparing pleadings is essential.

• Experience in discovery is required.

• Ability to draft and present motions is necessary.

• Must possess skills in Civil Litigation.

• Knowledge of Insurance Defense Litigation is a must.

• Applicant must be familiar with Insurance Defense practices.

• Experience in conducting Jury Trials is expected.
