In this key role, you’ll handle litigation cases, draft and review essential legal documents, and ensure compliance with professional standards. Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage litigation files, ensuring they are processed from inception to trial

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery materials, and motions

• Draft reports and perform file analysis to maintain high standards of detail-oriented practice

• Handle litigation and other legal assignments, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• Ensure superior awareness of and compliance with all applicable rules of conduct

• Utilize substantial experience in civil litigation, specifically insurance defense litigation, to effectively manage cases

• Leverage comprehensive legal knowledge to promote standards of detail-oriented practice

• Prepare demands and responses, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize skills in insurance defense and jury trials to effectively represent and defend our clients.

Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer.

• Proficient in preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions.

• Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation.

• Proven experience in insurance defense litigation.

• Sound knowledge of insurance defense.

• Experienced in handling jury trials.
