    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a mission-driven organization in Vancouver, Washington. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations, oversee grants and property-related finances, and ensure compliance with donor, regulatory, and audit requirements.

    What you'll do:

    + Assist the accounting department with financial statements, audits, budgeting, and compliance

    + Manage tenant rent billing, lease agreements, and fixed assets

    + Maintain accurate records for donor-restricted funds and investments

    + Process vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and staff reimbursements

    + Prepare and submit grant invoices per funder requirements

    + Track grant budgets and expenditures

    + Support grant-related audit and reporting processes

    + Record investment and donor-restricted fund transactions

    + Reconcile bank accounts and deposits

    Requirements

    + Associate’s degree in accounting

    + 2+ years experience in accounting

    + Non-Profit industry accounting experience required

    + Grant accounting experience preferred

    + Property accounting experience preferred
