    Robert Half Legal (Dallas, TX)


    Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role requires expertise in civil litigation, personal injury cases, and subrogation claims, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of legal discovery, motion drafting, and case management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle subrogation claims, including those that progress to litigation.

    • Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and other court-related documents.

    • Conduct thorough legal discovery processes to support case strategies.

    • Provide expert representation in personal injury plaintiff cases.

    • Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure effective case management.

    • Utilize FileVine or similar legal software to maintain case files and documentation.

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of civil litigation cases.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations. Requirements • Must hold a valid attorney license.

    • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation and personal injury cases.

    • Proficiency in drafting legal motions, briefs, and discovery documentation.

    • Strong knowledge of subrogation claims and related legal processes.

    • Familiarity with legal software such as FileVine is preferred.

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
