We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. Your role involves working closely with senior finance professionals, developing a deep understanding of corporate financial strategies, and leveraging tools and technology to improve processes, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

+ Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data; provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

+ Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports for management review.

+ Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses.

+ Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance to provide strategic recommendations.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with accounting, sales, and operations teams to align financial objectives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A strong academic background is a plus (Source: Robert Half Salary Guide, 2023).

+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with ERP systems or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) will give you an edge.

+ Soft Skills: Outstanding communication abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Must be a natural problem-solver with a curiosity for learning!

+ Experience: Internships or coursework in financial analysis, accounting, or data analytics are a plus but not required.
