Description
We’re seeking a sharp and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy scalable ML solutions that power real business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn models into production-ready systems and improve them through iteration and experimentation. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong emphasis on delivering real-world applications of ML.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
+ Build data pipelines and preprocessing systems to feed model training and inference
+ Collaborate with data scientists to experiment with algorithms and iterate on prototypes
+ Optimize model performance and monitor for drift, degradation, and bias
+ Translate business problems into machine learning solutions with measurable outcomes
+ Contribute to the design and implementation of MLOps frameworks and tooling
+ Stay current with trends in ML, AI, and data engineering
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning roles
+ Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
+ Experience deploying models into production via REST APIs, batch jobs, or event-driven pipelines
+ Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
+ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
+ Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and reproducibility best practices
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
+ Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Weights & Biases
+ Background in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
+ Familiarity with data engineering tools like Airflow, dbt, or Kafka
+ Comfort working in cross-functional teams with product managers and analysts
+ Graduate degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
