Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to client communication.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary manager for company software, ensuring seamless integration with bookkeeping systems.
• Support business development efforts by coordinating client communications and managing proposal workflows.
• Oversee the client onboarding process, including account setup and team introductions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in line with service agreements.
• Regularly assess and address client requirements, both remotely and in person, to maintain satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues, particularly during high-demand periods.
• Lead the development of customized solutions to address client challenges, coordinating input from various team members.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key personnel within assigned client accounts.
• Manage account renewals and meet strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintain organized records and oversee the accuracy of client data within company systems. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in answering inbound calls, email correspondence, and data entry.
• Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear and precise communication.
• Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls.
