    Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team in a long-term contract position. This role focuses on handling complex employee inquiries, supporting HR processes, and collaborating with various HR departments to ensure seamless operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Address and resolve escalated employee inquiries related to policies, payroll, and tax issues with accuracy and professionalism.

    • Investigate and resolve complex HR matters beyond basic training, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

    • Collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to streamline processes and enhance team alignment.

    • Lead initiatives to transition new services into designated departments and ensure smooth integration.

    • Maintain and update the departmental database to empower HR Advisors to manage inbound inquiries more effectively.

    • Identify opportunities for team education and training to improve service delivery.

    • Evaluate existing work processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.

    • Provide guidance and support to less experienced representatives and new team members as needed.

    • Ensure consistent attendance and availability for variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

    • Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address employee concerns.

    • Proficiency in HR administration, payroll processes, and interpreting policies and guidelines.

    • Ability to investigate and resolve complex HR issues with attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with database management and process improvement techniques.

    • Experience collaborating with various HR teams and partners to achieve organizational goals.

    • Capacity to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required.
