Description

Our client, a well-regarded boutique law firm based in San Francisco, is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal.

+ Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation.

+ Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.

+ Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and interact directly with clients.

+ Develop case strategies and advise clients on risk, exposure, and settlement options.

+ Collaborate with partners and other team members to drive results and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.

+ 4–8 years of experience in commercial litigation.

+ Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

+ Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and efficiently.

+ Experience in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings is strongly preferred.

+ Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and client service skills.
