• Sr. Data Entry Clerk

    Robert Half Office Team (Brewster, MA)


    Description We are looking for a meticulous Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Brewster, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency through precise data management and file organization. The role is fully onsite, with flexible hours available for part-time schedules.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy accessibility.

    • Take comprehensive notes and apply retained information effectively to assigned tasks.

    • Identify and remove duplicate files using established systems and tools.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for file management and data organization.

    • Apply knowledge of municipal laws, conservation regulations, or wetland protection when relevant.

    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

    • Answer inbound calls and provide thorough assistance as needed.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in CRM, ERP solutions, and other software applications to support data-related activities. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and file management.

    • Familiarity with municipal laws or regulations is preferred.

    • Knowledge of conservation laws or wetland protection is a plus but not mandatory.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data organization tools.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Comfort with CRM systems, ERP solutions, and Epic software.

    • Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and team collaboration.
