    NDI leverages consultants for short-term and long-term consulting projects both in the U.S. and in the field. These technical experts support our democracy programs in nearly 60 countries through a diverse set of services, including applied research, group training, one-to-one consulting, technical assistance, and direct implementation. Within these democracy programs, the areas of focus often include:

    + Elections (ELECT)

    + Gender, Women and Democracy (GW)

    + Governance (GOV)

    + Grant & Program Management (PM)

    + Information and Communications Technologies (ICT)

    + Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
