    Summary

    The Senior Graphic Designer/Supervisor is a key creative leader within Parkview Health’s in-house marketing and communications team. Is responsible for concepting and executing high-level visual solutions that support brand strategy and business objectives. Collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and provides mentorship to the design team to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output across all marketing channels.

     

    Brings a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of branding and visual systems and a proactive mindset to drive creative excellence. Projects include campaigns, digital and social content, print collateral, environmental graphics, presentations and more.

     

    Directly supervises Graphic Designers, including hiring, conducting performance reviews and addressing any disciplinary actions as needed.

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is required

    Experience

    Requires a minimum of 7-12 years of professional design experience. Experience in an agency or in-house setting is strongly preferred. A portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and mastery of visual storytelling is required.

    Other Qualifications

    Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision. Strong visual design skills across digital, print, and environmental formats. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.); motion graphics or UI/UX experience a plus. Deep understanding of brand systems and visual identity principles. Ability to mentor and provide feedback to the design team. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Portfolio required for consideration.
