    The salary range for this Aggregate and Paving Resource Manager position will be $90,000-110,000, depending on experience, and earned weekly while employed with BHI.     Qualifications for the Aggregate and Paving Resource Manager role:

    + Experience in the Asphalt Paving Industry.

    + Proven Experience in Dispatch and Logistics.

    + Strong Organizational and Inventory Management skills.

    + Proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools.
