Rolling V Bus Corp.

The Compliance Supervisor will assist the Operations and Safety departments in maintaining driver and monitor qualification files to satisfy federal, state, and school recordkeeping requirements.

Essential Job Functions include but not limited to:

+ Maintaining driver and monitor files compliant with DMV, DOT, and SED requirements

+ Verifying the collection of required documents at time of hire and as required subsequently

+ Reviewing documents for general accuracy and completeness, including legible names, dates, and signatures

+ Scanning of documents for online storage and access

+ Data entry of document information into online system(s) including BusHive and/or WorkDay

+ Filing hard copies in traditional paper file storage

+ Produce weekly status reports for terminal managers and Safety Department staff detailing upcoming compliance form submission requirements

+ Periodically compare the company’s 19A and FTA rosters with the employment records to ensure they match

+ Removing expired items from files as directed

+ Collecting and scanning items requested by federal or state agencies for audits or other processing

+ Assisting with periodic in-house audits of files to make sure they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

+ Other office and paperwork tasks as assigned periodically

Qualifications and Standards:

+ English language fluency

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Experience with office automated equipment, computers, spreadsheets, and data entry abilities required

+ Discretion is required. Signing of a confidentiality agreement will be required

+ A candidate with a current CDL will be expected to obtain their 19A certified examiner certification on a mutually agreed upon schedule. A candidate without an existing CDL will be required attend a one-day in-person or online training class to learn many of the standards required in the 19A program

CDL preferred but not required

The hourly range $19-$23/hour based on licensing.
