Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy

As part of the _Enterprise Strategy_ team – reporting into our Chief Strategy Officer – you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with consumers across our breadth of diverse assets, while simultaneously driving growth for one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. Our team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with senior leadership to pave the way for the future of our company.
This Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting development of strategy and business cases for a variety of cross-enterprise strategic projects. This includes measuring the effectiveness of our strategy to drive integrated value and maximize growth across our assets. In addition, this role will be responsible for execution against aligned upon initiatives. This role will work in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years' of experience in healthcare strategy, finance, consumer experience, and/or business roles
+ Excels at solving ambiguous and complex problems with strong analytical acumen
+ Data driven, structured, proactive problem solver with collaborative style, proven ability to manage conflict, and strong work ethic
+ Passion for learning and an entrepreneurial spirit
+ Ability to support tactical execution without losing site of the overall strategy
+ Ability to foster cross-functional relationships; comfort operating in a matrixed environment
+ Ability to manage high-impact projects with high-degree of autonomy
+ Proven skills in developing strategic frameworks and storytelling rooted in relevant, fact-base and key assumptions
+ Proven skills in project and program management
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Healthcare and/or management consulting experience
Education
+ Bachelor's degree required, MBA, MPH, or other relevant masters degree preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$90,480.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
