    Adecco is recruiting for a **Plastics Finisher** for a well-established manufacturing client in East Syracuse, NY. This hands-on, detail-focused role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Inspect molded parts and apply filler to correct defects

    + Sand and finish components using hand and power tools

    + Follow detailed instructions to meet customer specifications

    + Track part counts and route items through production

    + Support ISO-compliant quality systems and maintain a safe workspace

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

    + Ability to read and follow written instructions

    + Comfortable using drills, sanders, and other tools

    + 6+ months of finishing or manufacturing experience preferred

    What You’ll Get:

    + $16–$18/hour based on experience

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
