We’re seeking a data-driven Media & Analytics Specialist to support a high-performing North America media team in executing and optimizing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in analyzing media performance—especially across **Amazon Advertising platforms** —and driving insights that fuel business growth. While Amazon will be the primary focus, you will also support efforts across Ulta, Walmart, Target, and DTC channels.
This is a 5-month contract position and can be fully remote. The pay rate for this role ranges between $35-$37hr.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support tracking of net revenue and consumption goals across a multi-brand portfolio
+ Manage **Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)** instance and assist with building custom reports to drive performance insights
+ Analyze platform and agency reports, identifying discrepancies and surfacing opportunities for improvement
+ Align ecommerce planning with brand planning to develop integrated strategies and ensure KPIs are met
+ Deliver clear, actionable insights to enhance campaign performance in real time
+ Identify and recommend budget optimizations across ecommerce media channels
+ Ensure retail media plans align with holistic brand media efforts across paid channels (TV, CTV, Social, Search, Programmatic, etc.)
+ Monitor paid and organic campaign performance across ecommerce platforms, with a focus on **increasing traffic to Amazon listings**
+ Track and optimize paid keyword strategies across brands to prevent overlap and inefficiencies
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, insights, and creative teams
Qualifications:
+ 2–5 years of experience in digital media or analytics, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce
+ **Direct experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is required**
+ Strong knowledge of media buying principles and ecommerce marketing best practices
+ Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Excellent project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
+ Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ Familiarity with the beauty or CPG retail landscape is a plus
**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
