    Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)

    **Location:** NORTHBOROUGH,MA

    **Shift:** 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $ 25.59/hour

    **Assignment Type:** Temporary

     

    Are you a detail-oriented individual with warehouse experience looking for a dynamic role? Join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate! You'll be crucial in managing the flow of materials, from receiving to distribution, ensuring efficient operations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Receive and log raw materials, supplies, and equipment from various carriers and internal departments.

    + Pick and prepare sales orders, ITR (Internal Transfer Request), and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) orders following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Coordinate the movement of materials between warehouse and production areas.

    + Generate and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.

    + Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).

    + Store, transfer, and distribute materials according to specific requirements.

    + Work closely with supervisors, receiving detailed instructions and having work reviewed upon completion.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + 1+ years of basic warehouse experience.

    + Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (18 kg) regularly.

    + Comfortable working in temperature-controlled rooms, including cold environments.

    + GDP (Good Distribution Practices) experience is strongly preferred.

    Nice to Have:

    + Basic understanding of inventory systems (e.g., SAP).

    **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** This role requires the ability to lift 40 lbs/18 kg and work in temperature-controlled rooms. The work environment is typical of a warehouse setting.     **Pay Details:** $25.59 per week
