    Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Quincy, MA. We are looking for experienced Kitting Assemblers/Material Handlers. This is a temp to perm opportunity, with openings on 1st and 2nd shifts.

     

    **Pay Rate Range:** $ 19.50

    **Schedule(s)/Hours: Monday – Friday** 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; 2nd Shift 11:00AM – 7:00PM

    **Position Title:** Order Picker Packer

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

     

    Follow and adhere to company policy and procedures.

     

    • Accuracy of transactions and physical movement of product from receipt, put away, pick, ship.

    • Process orders for Internal/External customers meet all specified handling requirements.

    • Required training to Standard Operating instructions and follow processes with strict adherence. Daily housekeeping required. Adherence to work rules required. Adherence to safety rules required.

    • Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required.

    • Use of computer devices, printers, product handling device -pallet jacks, other equipment as required.

    • Understanding of lean principles. Performance of cycle counts.

    • Performs other duties as required.

    Qualifications Include:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Material Handling strongly preferred.

    • Previous experience utilizing electric pallet jacks.

    • High School Diploma required.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    • Ability to work flexible hours and rotating tasks/responsibilities.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.50 per hour
