As a Waiter/Waitress ,you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

+ Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

+ Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

+ Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are complete and accurately presented.

+ Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

+ Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

+ Prepare and process bills and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, floors, and service stations.

+ Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

+ Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
