    Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates with our client in Independence, MO. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $16.50/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assemble products according to engineering specs, using hand and pneumatic tools on fiberglass and resin materials. Responsibilities include quality inspection, following work instructions, maintaining a safe workspace with appropriate PPE, and collaborating effectively within a team.

    Requirements:

    + At least 1 year of previous assembly experience within a manufacturing facility required; fiberglass experience is a plus.

    + Ability to use common hand tools and operate pneumatic tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

    + Comfortable working in a confined environment, such as a small, enclosed space, and on uneven surfaces.

    + Comfortable working in a controlled, climate-regulated environment with exposure to fiberglass, resins, and other chemicals.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to apply standards to work.

    + Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

    **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
