• SMT Operator

    Immediate opening for an experienced SMT operator. This individual will be responsible for setup, operation and maintenance of SMT processes and equipment under guidance of the _Production Supervisor_ .

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Setup of SMT and related equipment

    + Read and understand process documentation

    + Produce and submit 1st piece for approval

    + Operate process equipment effectively to produce consistent high quality

    + Inspect own work, detect defect trends and maintain high quality levels

    + Hand placement of components

    + Maintenance of SMT and related equipment

    + Complete maintenance and process documentation

    + Work closely with AOI to identify and resolve quality issues

    _Qualifications:_

    + Must be computer literate, able to type and comfortable working with menu driven equipment software

    + Capable of working on your feet throughout the day

    + Capable of completing assignments with minimum guidance

    + Dependable and efficient

    + Knowledge of J-STD/IPC standards

    + Knowledge of component identification

    _Education:_

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    _Experience:_

    2+ years SMT, preferably with MyData equipment.

     

    Certified IPC Specialist and/or proven ability to meet qualifications.

     

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
