    Adecco is looking for a** **Facilities Cleaning Associate** **.

     

    Position Type: Onsite

     

    Assignment Type: Temporary

    Shift: Monday – Friday 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

    Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment at our Charlotte facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general factory cleaning (excluding restrooms)

    + Wipe down safety rails and plexiglass 80/20 walls

    + Operate floor scrubbing machines (ride-on and push models)

    + Sweep and mop floors not accessible by machines

    + Collect and dispose of debris and trash in designated areas

    + Clean and organize storage cabinets and employee break areas

    + Store cleaning materials safely and properly

    Role Requirements:

    + Prior experience in industrial or factory cleaning preferred

    + Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

    + Ability to work independently during overnight hours

    + Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
