    Priority Honda Chesapeake is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. If you’re passionate about helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven to succeed, we want to meet you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process

    + Develop strong relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience

    + Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles

    + Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system

    + Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons

    + Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Positive attitude and strong work ethic

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus—but not required

    + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

    + Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
