    **Job Status/Type:** Seasonal

    **Position Level:** Associate

    **Shift/Schedule Requirements:** Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

    Typical Work Schedule

    + 3-5 days per week

    Positions are currently available for those who are** **18** **or older.

    Responsibilities:

    As** **a** **part of the Carowinds** **Dispatch** **team, y** **our daily assigned duties would be as follows** **:

    + Dispatch all routine and emergency traffic for assigned channels, including police/security and all first aid and fire department calls.

    + Monitor weather radar and lightning detector and adviseappropriate units of weather conditions as directed by management.

    + Complete detailed reports before the end of scheduled shift on incidents occurring on the property.

    + Perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Other duties may be assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Park experience **OR** dispatch experience.

    + Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

    + Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and open availability.

    + Driver’s license required.
