Job Summary
The Lead Data Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 8 years of experience in data integration and cloud technologies. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts focusing on ISV and Hi-Tech domains. They will leverage their expertise in SQL Analytics Data visualization skills and SQL Developer to drive impactful solutions that enhance company operations and societal advancements.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement data integration solutions that optimize business processes and improve data accessibility. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable SQL solutions that meet organizational needs. - Utilize GCP to enhance cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance. - Analyze complex datasets using SQL to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes. - Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture and integration strategies. - Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance data processing capabilities. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes and system configurations. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and performance. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration and cloud technologies. Qualifications - - Demonstrate proficiency in SQL showcasing the ability to handle large-scale data processing tasks. - Exhibit strong expertise in GCP with a focus on optimizing cloud-based solutions for business needs. - Possess advanced SQL skills capable of writing complex queries to support data analysis and reporting. - Have experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors. - Show a track record of successful data integration projects highlighting problem-solving and innovation. - Display excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams. - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in data technologies

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 28th 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $85k- 95K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
