SRE Architect (Terraform, Dynatrace and GCP)

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified **SRE Architect** with 15+ years plus experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Roles/Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform and Monitoring Dashboard creation & Alert configuration by defining KPIs for technical components

• Hands-on experience in Dynatrace for Creating Dashboards, enabling new components for monitoring and alert configuration

• Hands-on experience in GitLab Repos, CI/CD pipelines and Terraform automation

• Ability to understand the Application Architecture, Deployment Architecture, Application design and define the SLA, SLO, SLIs by identifying the critical components

• Expert on modularization of Terraform code and provisioning automation for implementation of a self-service portal

• Used GitLab Pipelines extensively and have working knowledge of adding new quality gates, configuring existing quality gates like SonarQube, Snyk, K6/Jmeter, Kubernetes, container building & deployments, Artifactory, Nexus, etc

• Root cause analysis of application Incidents to quickly find application or infrastructure level issues using the Dynatrace and GCP console

• Has fundamental knowledge on SRE areas of reliability, resilience, availability, performance, observability

• Able to quickly understand and be inquisitive about logical and deployment architectural landscape

• Has analytical skills to understand tasks quickly and learn on the job

• Independent, accountable and dependable in terms of defining & delivery of the overall observability configuration for new applications

Required Qualifications:

• **Solid experience in Terraform, Dynatrace and GCP (SRE)**

• Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Java, #Net, Python

• Dynatrace

• Google Cloud Monitoring & Alerting

• Terraform with Gitlab & CI/CD Pipeline

• SRE Handson experience to ensure reliability, resilience, availability, performance, observability
