About the role:

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively.

In this role, you will:

+ Design and implement scalable solutions using Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda to meet business requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions within existing systems.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.

+ Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

+ Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support project planning and execution.

+ Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.

+ Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all technology solutions.

+ Lead technical discussions and workshops to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables.

+ Oversee the deployment of solutions to ensure successful implementation and minimal disruption.

+ Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

+ Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering innovative technology solutions that benefit society. Qualification

You will need to have:

+ Demonstrated expertise in Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda with a strong track record of successful implementations.

+ Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Cards & Payments is highly desirable.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

+ Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
