Job Description
The position of NC TSA Enrollment Agent I involves delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The role requires basic maintenance skills and troubleshooting abilities for fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware and software. It also involves verifying customer identities, scanning necessary documents into the database system, and completing biometric and data capture processes accurately for each customer. Additionally, tracking processing times for applicants and ensuring they are processed in the correct order is essential. The position requires capturing quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program accuracy standards. The agent should also identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers.
Responsibilities
+ Deliver superior customer service to internal and external customers.
+ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware and software.
+ Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system.
+ Complete required biometric and data capture processes and paperwork accurately for each customer.
+ Track processing time for each applicant and ensure applicants are processed in appropriate order.
+ Capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program accuracy standards.
+ Identify opportunities to provide more products and services to customers.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience.
+ Strong speaking and writing skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
+ Computer/tech savvy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Face-to-face customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
Work Environment
The position is located at a CVS location and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
