Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. This individual will manage and execute payroll processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to the role.
Responsibilities
+ Process payroll for all employees on a biweekly or monthly schedule.
+ Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay.
+ Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
+ Handle and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Prepare reports for accounting and finance departments, including payroll summaries, tax filings, and benefits tracking.
+ Coordinate with HR to manage employee leaves, benefit deductions, and timekeeping systems.
+ Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
+ Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of employee information.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS (e.g., SAP, ADP, Kronos) and MS Office, especially Excel.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act.
+ Understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
+ Analytical research skills.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week on-site and 2 days working from home. This role offers a long-term opportunity, good exposure to leadership, and the chance to gain OEM experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
