Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst (6-Month Contract-to-Hire)

• Location: Onsite – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

• Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for full-time hire

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This role is critical in supporting our equipment and 3D part production by managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and inventory flow. Key Responsibilities

+ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for components, materials, and services.

+ Manage RFQs, purchase orders, lead times, and cost tracking.

+ Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.

+ Conduct vendor risk assessments and support Approved Supplier List (ASL) management.

+ Oversee receiving processes and monitor inventory levels for just-in-time manufacturing.

+ Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost breakdowns.

+ Hold suppliers accountable to lead times and production goals.

+ Source specialized parts and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

+ Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control.

+ Strong ability to manage supplier communications and enforce lead time commitments.

+ Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and BOM creation.

+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or 3D production environment.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
