• Lead ISC Project Management Specialist

    As a Lead ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects within the aerospace Logistics sector. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain management and project execution to drive efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.

     

    You will report directly to our Sr Director Logistics and you’ll work out of one of our Phoenix, AZ locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while optimizing resources and timelines to meet customer expectations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Drive and execute new initiatives and cross-functional projects for Logistics and Warehousing across our Aerospace network.

    + Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.

    + Manage data and report on Transportation and third-party performance

    + Support the MOS and reporting requirements for the Aerospace Engine Rental Bank distribution with our third-party Logistics provider

    + Drive Process Weaver/X-Carrier process improvement projects

    + Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

     

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 5+ years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry

    • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and project management methodologies.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software specific to aerospace projects.

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field.

    • Experience in leading complex aerospace projects with cross-functional teams.

    • Experience in 3PL/4PL Transportation Management Systems

    • Six Sigma/Lean DFSS Green Belt

    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

    • SQL, Tableau, Power BI knowledge
