    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions.

    + Collaborate with leadership to guide operational and profitability improvements.

    + Manage monthly and annual financial close processes, budgets, forecasts, and more.

    + Build and modernize accounting systems, policies, and methods.

    + Drive cost-saving initiatives and analyze financial performance metrics.

    + Work with external partners to ensure compliance and streamline operations.

    + Lead a team as the organization grows, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in accounting, reconciliation, and general ledger management.

    + Proficiency in financial reporting and principles.

    + Experience with inventory management and cost analysis.

    + Knowledge of manufacturing operations and budgeting.

    + Skill in journal entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

    + Competence in bank reconciliation, QuickBooks, Excel pivot tables, and variance analysis.

    + CPA or CMA certification.

    + Ability to conduct audits, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.

    + Experience in month-end processes, finance, ERP systems, and cost accounting.

    + Strong financial analysis skills and balance sheet management.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, fixed asset management, payroll, accrual, account reconciliation, internal control, and public accounting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
