    Logistics Account Specialist Opportunity in Tempe, AZ.

    Description

    • Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use Amazon as their freight distributor.

    • Provide customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems.

    • Research and resolve missed or delayed freight deliveries.

    • Problem solve using various tools, resources, data analysis and stakeholder communication.

    • Will work through 50 vendors to start and expected to work through 175 8 weeks into the role.

    • Majority of communication will be in written form and less phone.

    Qualifications

    + Excellent PC skills

    + Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

    + Able to analyze and interpret data

    + Associate’s required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Combination of degree and industry experience can be considered

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
