    Description

    The Head of Finance & Commercial Operations plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and commercial operations. This individual is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans that align with corporate objectives. They analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

     

    In addition to financial planning, the Head of Finance oversees accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations. They manage liquidity and cash flow, maintain banking relationships, and ensure robust internal controls and audit readiness.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

    + 10+ years of budgeting forecasting experience

    + 10+ years of consolidations experience

    + 10+ years of financial reporting experience

    + 10+ years of preparing financial statements

    + 10+ years of experience supporting the audit

    + Create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel

    + Proficient within SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Infor, Workday

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
