    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.

    + 3 years of experience within the consumer electronics, telecommunications, or retail sector working in a business development or partnerships role.

    + Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

    + Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Master's degree or other advanced degree.

    + Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.

    + Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, fluid, and collaborative environment.

    + Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with tactical partners.

    + Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

Our team provides solutions for a range of partners — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic value. We build and distribute Google products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Search, Assistant, Geo, Platforms and Ecosystems, Devices and Services, Retail and Shopping, Payments, Health, Ads and Commerce, and more.

     

    The Google Home Business Development team accelerates the global growth and innovation by driving new business opportunities through partnerships. We own the partner strategy and business side of new features, products, and initiatives critical to the success of Google Home. In this role, you will develop strategies, identify, define and structure critical partnerships, negotiate agreements, and cultivate our relationships directly with partners. To execute effectively, you will collaborate with Home Product, Engineering, Planning, Partner Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

     

    The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

     

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     + Identify, structure, analyze, and execute partnerships to drive Google Home business growth

    + Lead on all stages of the goal, from strategy through target identification, modeling, drafting all required documentation, and execution

    + Build deep relationships with global carriers and operators to drive the distribution and scaling of Gemini-powered Home vertical solutions and subscriptions

    + Lead complex, cross-functional deals with partners, through close collaboration with Product, Planning, Partner Engineering and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Operations, Finance). Execute on partner integrations, product launches and complex go-to-market plans

    + Develop and present recommendations to leadership around growth, ecosystem initiatives and competitive dynamics
