A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor at MKS Broomfield, you will partner with Technical Operations, Planning, Engineering, and others, to deliver high quality products on time with controlled costs. In this role, you will report to the Sr Manager, Manufacturing Operations.

You Will Make an Impact By:

+ Supervising and motivating a team of workers, which includes hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

+ Working with Planning department to develop and implement production schedules and deadlines.

+ Overseeing the production process to ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality.

+ Maintaining safety standards and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.

+ Reviewing worker performance and identifying training needs and understanding worker goals.

+ Compiling and presenting production reports to upper management.

Skills You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

+ 6+ years of related experience required.

+ Experience in using various types of CNC Mill and lathe and other types of metal working equipment and tools.

+ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

+ Ability to problem solve and make decisions effectively.

+ Understanding of Microsoft office Products, Word, Excel etc.

+ Experience with MRP tool or shop floor management tools such as Oracle, Visual Factory, etc.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

+ Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs.

+ Ability to tolerate working hours standing, walking.

+ Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination.

+ Regularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at, and above shoulder level.

+ Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

+ Must be able to exchange accurate information.

+ Operates in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

+ Dedication to safety to mitigate hazards including handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat.

+ Noise level in the work environment is usually average.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay Range: $70,000 to $93,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
