    What are your contributions to the team?

     

    + Be a trusted advisor, handling day-to-day employee queries and resolving problems

    + Participate in ad hoc HR projects and audits

    + Assist in updating various databases and ad hoc HR reports

    + Support leaders on Human Resource issues

    + Support team with various administrative tasks and projects

    + Assist during Union Contract Negotiations

     

    How to thrive in this role?

     

    + You are currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar

    + You are available to work 20-30 hours per week

    + You are available from August 2025 to August 2026

    + You are a team player and are results oriented

    + You have basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

    + You have strong verbal & written communication skills
