    Test Technicians (Day Shift – Weekends)

    We're looking for Test Technicians who are passionate about electronics and eager to work on advanced systems and sub-assemblies.

    Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

     

    Pay: $22-$28/hour

     

    Work Type: Fully On-Site Only

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Perform electrical and RF testing on sub-assemblies and circuit boards using both manual and automated equipment.

    + Follow detailed work instructions and test plans to ensure top-tier product quality.

    + Record accurate test data, generate reports, and help improve testing procedures.

    + Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

    + Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or GED (required)

    + Prior experience in electronics, testing, or a related field

    + Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital systems

    + Eligible to obtain a security clearance (not required to start)

    + Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow

    Bonus Points For:

    + A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (great for recent grads!)

    + Experience with micro-electronics, ESD procedures, and test equipment

    + A strong work ethic and a track record of punctuality and dependability

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
