    Description

    Searching for licensed architect with degree from NAAB accredited program to join our team as a Construction Administration Architect. This role is critical in ensuring that our design intent is faithfully executed during the construction phase. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site. Experience in at least 5 commercial projects required. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary architectural contact during the construction phase of projects. Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings in a timely manner. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality. Prepare and issue field observation reports and punch lists. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve construction issues. Review and process change orders and construction-related documentation. Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of project correspondence and decisions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    Architectural degree from NAAB accredited program. Licensure preferred. . Oversees Construction Phase Acts as the architect’s representative during construction. Ensures the project is built according to the design intent and construction documents. 2. Reviews Submittals and RFIs Reviews shop drawings, material samples, and product data submitted by the contractor. Responds to RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify design details. 3. Conducts Site Visits Visits the construction site regularly to observe progress and quality. Issues field reports and identifies any deviations from the plans. 4. Coordinates with Contractors Works closely with general contractors and subcontractors to resolve issues quickly. Helps interpret drawings and specifications on-site. 5. Manages Change Orders Reviews and approves change orders, ensuring they’re justified and documented. 6. Punch Lists and Closeout Prepares punch lists near project completion. Assists with final inspections and project closeout documentation.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
