General Summary
Responsible for advancing BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries in their digital outreach efforts, by developing strategy and managing the publishing schedule for digital content for company branded platforms, including the company’s external websites and various social media channels. Work with the executive director, in collaboration with the Content Development and Marketing teams, to support efforts to raise awareness of BioBridge Global among industry and community audiences.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Coordinate development of digital strategy and plan, working with the subsidiaries and with the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams, to include email marketing, digital advertising, social media and website management.
Manage the BioBridge Global website, including planning and managing major web design projects and additions as well as handling day-to-day updates.
Manage SEO (search engine optimization) and GSO (generative search optimization) efforts, in collaboration with the subsidiaries and the Marketing team.
Coordinate and oversee the work of outside agencies involved in supporting web design and SEO/GSO efforts.
Develop strategy, targeting and schedule for compelling, shareable and informative content for: emails, ads, social media posts, on-website content, video, infographics, images, downloadables, and more.
Review and assess the effectiveness of digital and social media efforts and recommend content optimization strategies across all digital channels.
Work with internal partners to ensure monitoring of online conversations on social media platforms to identify trends and, influencers and to identify opportunities to engage, respond or forge new relationships.
Provide training to keep department up-to-date on all web and branding guidelines and standards. Work with communications team to ensure that proper guidelines are followed across all digital channels and ensure alignment with printed materials. Provide social media training as needed, regarding guidelines for interacting with corporate content from personal accounts and related topics.
Keep current with emerging web technologies and content types through relevant blogs, websites, and events.
Build collaborative relationships with the business units to develop digital strategy and reporting, to support donor recruiting, sales and Foundation teams.
Maintain strong integrity, ethics, and credibility in communications activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Assist other departments as needed.
Education
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. The preferred major is Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Valid United States Driver’s License
Google Analytics Certification preferred
Facebook Blueprint – Certified Creative Strategy Professional preferred
Experience
Requires five or more years of job specific experience.
Requires experience with programs that provide monitoring and measurement of social media and digital engagement including Sprout Social as well as Google Analytics.
Requires experience in preparation and presentation of analytics reports.
Requires experience delivering digital strategy and services to internal or external customers.
Requires strong understanding of SEO/GSO strategies and best practices.
Requires experience using Adobe Suite programs. Knowledge of Canva is also a plus.
Requires experience in overseeing websites, social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn in a business environment.
Prefer experience in using Wordpress, Elementor, etc.
Knowledge
Must have knowledge of social media platforms, measurement/monitoring tools, Google Analytics and digital advertising, as well as photography and video.
Must acquire a working knowledge of BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries’ programs, computer applications and the Footprints Project Request system.
Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Skills
Must have excellent management skills.
Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel. Must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Abilities
Must be able to keep information confidential.
Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.
Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently.
Must demonstrate the ability to anticipate the company’s digital media needs.
Working Environment
Works in a well-lighted, air conditioned and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend. Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required. Physical Requirements
Must be able to drive on behalf of the organization.
Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours.
Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing corrected to a normal range.
