    Test Technician (Second Shift)

    Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (4/10 Schedule)

     

    Pay: Up to $24/hour + Overtime Potential

     

    Work Type: Fully On-Site

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.

    + Follow detailed work instructions and test plans to ensure top-tier product quality.

    + Operate precision measuring instruments and electronic test equipment.

    + Accurately document test results, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements.

    + Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

    + Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

    What You Bring:

    + Prior experience in electronics, testing, or a related field.

    + High school diploma or GED (required).

    + Eligible to obtain a security clearance (active clearance not required).

    + Basic computer skills and comfort navigating digital systems.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment is a plus.

    + Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
