Job Title: Punch Press Operator : Pay $18 to $24 per hour: Rogers, MN

Job Description

As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for running punch press machines with an opportunity to learn machine setups in the future. This role involves short-run metal stamping across a variety of industries, including medical, agriculture, light industrial, motor sports, and more. You will perform visual inspections and coordinate with the post-operation team.

Responsibilities

+ Operate punch press machines efficiently.

+ Perform visual inspections of stamped parts.

+ Collaborate with the post-operation team to ensure quality.

+ Adapt to running different machines throughout the day as jobs switch.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months of manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to stand all day.

+ Proficiency in machine operating, deburring, CNC, press brake, sheet metal, and punch press.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with visual inspection processes.

+ Knowledge of metal stamping techniques.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
