    Job Title: Packer Operator

    Job Description

    As a Packer Operator, you will navigate various tasks within the production environment, making necessary adjustments to machines according to product specifications and packaging sizes, ranging from 5 lb bags to 2000 lb totes. You will ensure each package is barcoded for traceability and utilize computers to generate labels. Responsibilities include manual stacking of bags onto pallets and dumping totes of raw products into mills. The role requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

    Work Environment

     

    The work schedule operates on a two-week rotation with shifts including Thursday-Saturday and every other Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Employees alternate between day shifts (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and night shifts (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM). The rotation includes 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. Employees must arrive 15-30 minutes early on their first day for uniform fitting and check-in. The dress code requires non-slip shoes, uniforms, masks, and hairnets, with uniforms provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
