    Job Title: Construction Foreman

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead a crew of up to five individuals for a site work and development commercial construction company. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects throughout the Boston and South Shore area. The foreman will be responsible for utilizing Procore software and managing materials on site, reporting directly to the lead superintendent. Our Foreman should be able to read prints and handle jobs in their entirety. Pay will be based on experience, specifically with underground utilities and equipment operation but will range between $40 and $47 an hour.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a crew of up to five workers on commercial construction sites.

    + Oversee large site work and development projects in the southern MA South Shore area.

    + Utilize Procore software for project management and tracking materials on site.

    + Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with project timelines.

    + Report directly to the lead superintendent on project progress and any issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with grinding, civil construction, and site development.

    + Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, forklifts, and backhoes.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + 5+ years of experience leading crews on commercial job sites.

    + 5+ years of experience in the site development field.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 10 certification is required.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
