    Job Title: Finisher

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Finisher working alongside laborers and pipefitters on a project at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Summit County, CO. This exciting project is set to last until 2027, with future opportunities lined up in Summit County and nearby mountain towns.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with laborers and pipefitters on construction tasks.

    + Perform concrete finishing, including floating and screeding.

    + Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate fabrication.

    + Inspect and ensure quality in concrete construction.

    + Engage in general labor and landscaping duties as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of concrete experience

    + Proficiency in concrete finishing and floating

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in carpentry and rebar installation

    + Understanding of concrete pours and forms

    + Ability to inspect and ensure quality standards

    Work Environment

     

    The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30AM to 5PM. Occasional Friday shifts may be required, especially to avoid travel during major storms on i70. A minimum of 40 hours per week is guaranteed, with paid drive time for 1 hour each direction, totaling 8 hours of compensated travel time weekly.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frisco, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
