Are you passionate about building high-performing teams, helping others succeed, and traveling? Refloor is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer to lead sales training and coaching efforts across our rapidly growing territories.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in developing Flooring Specialists, Sales Managers, and General Managers—delivering engaging training sessions, providing field coaching, and offering performance support. You’ll help drive adoption of our structured sales process while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver in-person and virtual sales training for both new and experienced team members
+ Conduct ride-alongs to observe live presentations and provide real-time feedback
+ Reinforce structured sales processes and ensure consistency across teams
+ Facilitate workshops, role plays, and team development sessions
+ Coach managers on leadership, performance management, and team development
+ Host regional training events and sales tune-ups
+ Track training impact through performance metrics and coaching logs
+ Collaborate with regional leaders to identify training priorities and opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications
+ 5+ years of in-home sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
+ 2+ years of experience training, coaching, or leading sales teams
+ Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
+ Ability to coach and provide feedback both in-person and remotely
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools
+ Comfortable traveling frequently (up to 75%)
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
