Hiring for a Night Shift Maintenance Technician

Shift: 4pm-4:30am 223 Night Shift

Pay: Up to 24/hr to start

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician who possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills. This role requires a robust work ethic and a willingness to work overtime, with the ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams, and operate machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation.

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams accurately.

+ Operate and maintain various machines and equipment.

+ Utilize pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems for maintenance tasks.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Essential Skills

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

+ Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams.

+ Experience in machine operation and maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in welding is advantageous.

+ Familiarity with PLC systems is preferred.

Work Environment

The role is based in an open-air manufacturing environment in North Carolina, where temperatures can be high during the summer months. It is essential to be prepared for the heat and ensure comfort and safety while working.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
