_**General Laborer - $20/Hour - Weekly Pay!**_

_Location: Canton, SD_

_Pay: $18 -$20/hour_

_Hours: 1st shift, 2nd shift, & weekend shift available!_

_We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing various tasks to support production operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and general maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and the willingness to learn new skills._

_Responsibilities:_

• _Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials._

• _Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment._

• _Assist with the setup and cleanup of production areas._

• _Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders._

• _Maintain a clean and organized work area._

• _Load and unload materials and products._

• _Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on equipment._

• _Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear._

• _Assist with other tasks as needed to support production operations._

_Requirements/Skills:_

• _High school diploma or equivalent._

• _Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor role is preferred but not required._

• _Ability to perform physically demanding tasks._

• _Strong work ethic and reliability._

• _Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team._

• _Good communication skills._

• _Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
